Bluffton/May River Super Duals

Accepting 24 Teams from SC and GA

When: December 19 and 20, 2016

Where: Bluffton High School & May River High School

Cost: $300/Team


This will be a great precursor to the Coastal Class in Charleston and allows you to maximize matches over Christmas Break.

You will not be moving between schools during a given day. For example, if you are at Bluffton High School on Monday you will wrestle all matches that day at Bluffton High School.

4 pools of 6 on day one. Each pool will have two mats to wrestle their matches. We will seed Day 1 based only on overall season record as of December 16, 2016.

4 pools of 6 on day two. This will be based on scoring criteria so that the top 6 Teams in the tournament end up in the championship pool. 2 pools at each school. 2 mats/pool to wrestle the matches on.

Seeding Criteria for Day 2:

Pool Placement (6 points for 1st place, 5 points for 2nd place, etc…)

Overall Tournament Record ( 2 points/ win, -1 point/loss)

Total Team Points Scored (24 points for most points scored, 23 for second most, etc…)

Total Team Score Differential (24 points for highest positive diff., 23 points for second, etc…)

The Rock Hill Bearcat Invitational and Carolina MS/JV Duals will be held on January 6-7 @ Rock Hill High. Entry is $200.00. Discounts are available if you bring multiple teams (varsity, JV, and middle school). This tournament features some of SC's and NC's best wrestlers and teams.
