From what I am hearing...everyone in the Lower State makes it but with 15 teams only one team gets a bye....not going to be a lot of happy programs with the way the bracket is set up from what I am hearing as well.
 
Let's not leave out League 8. Standings are as of June 16th -

(correction from stats above - Chapin/Newberry is not League 4.
