I guess with the cup(CARR)board bare, it was time for Mark to move on.

They do have Tayler Wade, Devon Young, a couple of others returning, plus some JV talent. It does not look like the cupboard is bare.

Better hope Chapin has good assistants bc this guy doesn't coach, he's a cheerleader. He had great assistants at MV

That program won 0 games the year before he arrived. MV was trending upward for the 7 years before he had any paid assistants and he has often given credit to his assistants for the huge role they played in taking it to the next level. Every program needs great assistants to get the most out of the players. I am sure that if he was asked he is certainly hoping that the assistants at Chapin are of the same caliber. But as you say he obviously can't coach. Perhaps you should talk to him and give him some advice.
