But do report. Clover has six (6) seniors, and have given both Boiling Springs and Byrnes fits. In both games Clover got up early, and required a valiant comeback late to lose by one (1) run. Almost the same against Union. Clover is right there knocking, and a few bounces going their way and they will be within striking distance.
Gaffney has one of the best pitchers around. They are not in our region this year, so little has been seen from this poster. But when the team has a shutdown pitcher, sometimes all it takes is a shutout or two to get right at the top.
