2016 SUMMER CAMP
On Monday, June 6th – Wednesday, June 8th, the Hard Rock Wrestling Club and Hillcrest Wrestling Booster Club will host its’ annual summer camp. The camp will be held at Hillcrest High School and will run from 5:00–8:00 in the evening on Monday and Tuesday and 1:00-4:00 and 5:00-7:00 on Wednesday.
Clinicians will cover a variety of skills in all aspects of the sport including takedowns, offensive and defensive scoring, pinning combinations, tilts, escapes, and reversals. This camp offers you an opportunity to wrestle with different high school programs and get in some quality live action to practice the concepts you have been taught.
The purpose and intent of the camp is to assist the experienced wrestler in becoming the quality competitor that he wishes to be, as well as to introduce the sport to the young athlete with plans of competing next year. Groups will be divided according to skill and experience for better instruction.
The cost of the camp is $75.00, which includes a camp T-shirt. Checks should be made payable to the Hillcrest High School Wrestling. * Please make sure to register before June 1st to guarantee your t-shirt and size. After June 1 it will be first come first serve basis *
A quality staff will be on hand to assist in all phases of development. Camp staff will feature instruction from these two wrestlers:
