Page 69 in the rules and regulations states 4a will use the top 4 from their region tournaments or by a method decided by the region.

Looks like 3a and 4a are qualifying the same way. 5a and 2a are allowing each team to send one representative per weight to upper or lower state.

Daiyan Heard from York is another tough one. Not sure where this kid came from but he doesn't stop wrestling. I don't think he has what it takes to beat Patterson but he will make some noise at the state tournament.
