Agreed. There is a reason John Smith and Cary Kolat are coaching the Women's World Team this year. The general consensus is that this is the way to regrow the sport and get it back into Power 5 schools where it is no longer.

Projecting out, you can see a future world where with an increase in female opportunity, female programs, and the continued rise of RTCs wrestling making a serious, and meaningful, number increases. The money floating around in these RTCs is a real game changer. A free agency type of market is beginning to take shape with RTC coaches and will eventually trickle down to athletes as well.
