NJCAA National Wrestling Championships brackets are released!
Spartanburg Methodist College Qualifed 5 wrestlers: 133lber Marvin Galette of South Pointe HS won the NE District II qualifier. 141lbs Aaron Fountain, Live Oak, Fl took 1st at the qualifier as did 149lber & #5 ranked Chris Moungle of South Mecklenburg HS in Charlotte, NC. 157lber Cole Mangum of Boiling Springs, SC took 2nd in the qualifier, and Evan Makupson of Thomasville, NC received a wildcard bid into the national wrestling championships.

New JUCO rankings will come out Monday, currently SMC goes into the tournament ranked 21st in the country with 1 wrestlers ranked 5th, Chris Moungle. 157lber Cole Mangum was previously ranked at 157lbs but has recently dropped out of rankings.
