Rhino Lifestyle Camp at Andrew Jackson High School- July 1-3

We will be at Andrew Jackson High School in Kershaw, SC with Mike Malinconico, the Founder of Rhino Wrestling. There will be three sessions each day, covering technique and strength and conditioning. The schedule is as follows:

10:00-11:30: Wrestling Technique
12:30-2:00: Wrestling Technique
2:15-3:15: Strength and Conditioning​

We will also be doing our SC/NJ Training Camp from July 6-9. The Rhino Family has grown since then with the addition of another club and more coaches, so we expect this camp to be another great one! More information will be released soon!
