Basic/Intermediate Clinic for ages 8U - 14U: Rick will demonstrate the proper pitching mechanics that all younger pitchers need to know. He will teach drills to perfect the pitching mechanics that will increase your speed and improve location and accuracy. Additionally, he will also focus on the basic drop ball and change up.
Date: Saturday, February 6th from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. (limited to the first 25 who register)

What to bring: a fully geared catcher and gym shoes (no cleats/spikes)
Advanced Movement Pitching Mechanics Clinic: This clinic is ideal for pitchers who are beginning to learn movement pitches (this clinic is NOT for beginning pitchers). Coach Pauly will focus on safe techniques for throwing elite level movement pitches. You will learn drills to perfect pitching mechanics and improve speed and accuracy. This clinic will help you develop the spin axis and spin rates that create elite level movement as well as the 4 key pitching fundamentals needed to throw these movement pitches.
Date: Saturday, February 6th from 1:00 pm - 4:30 pm. (limited to the first 25 who register)
