Sunday Weekend Workouts @ Newberry College

Any youth or high school wrestlers looking to get a head start on training for next season, our Sunday afternoon weekend war workouts are BACK! Last two years we have averaged between 20-25 kids per workout. Open to all ages, each practice will include 1 hour of technique and 1 hour of drilling and live wrestling. Cost is 10 bucks per Sunday/Workout.. We do offer a discount for a annual plan if you sign up online.. Workout start this Sunday 8/28/16 3pm

Good group that showed up along with instruction and technique that is key on for the high school and collegiate wrestler. The coaches care about the sport and making your kid a better person and athlete.

Great practice coach. My kids almost had to be carried to the car, then they were asking if we were coming back next week. Good kids ,great coaching ,almost heaven.
