Higher Ground is extremely excited to announce our 21st Annual College Prep SELECT CAMP, conducted in Columbus, GA, for young ladies ages 13 & older by 01-01-17, with the addition of a special program for coaches that are able to attend a single day or multiple days. Our SELECT CAMP is designed for very serious players with a desire to later play college softball at some level and we have had participants and instructors from over 30 states, plus Australia, Canada, England, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, and New Zealand. We accommodate resident campers (Hampton Inn Columbus Airport) or commuters. We know that many of you have busy summer schedules and we certainly accept late arrival or early departure.
The 1996 OLYMPIC SOFTBALL GAMES were played in Columbus, GA and we have confirmed a special guest instructor DIONNA HARRIS, the leading USA Olympic Team hitter in those games, to be with us during this camp. An outstanding staff, some with a connection to Olympic or international activity and others who are outstanding college coaches, is being developed and we look forward to another exceptional camp this summer. We have an expanded SELECT CAMP week this year and encourage an early registration deposit to secure your position.
