Any opinions on the rules meeting?

Just curious about what people where thinking about the rule changes that were presented yesterday. I'm a little confused.

trapped arm ,opponent can not be elevated or move becomes illegal however can be taken away from trapped arm. Can that direction be elevated? trapped arm maybe taken backwards but judgement by ref. if to much force was used . Do wrestlers scream if taken backwards? Seems like the fix {illegal hold } may open the door for more confusing situations.
