Archer H.S. in Lawrenceville, GA (Gwinnett Co.) will once again host our Summer Duals the first weekend in June (Friday, June 2 & Sat., June 3).

This will fill up quickly.
Teams already committed: Archer, Grayson, South Forsyth, Buford, Collins Hill, Toombs Co., Heritage Catoosa, Lee County

2017 Archer Summer Duals

Host: Archer High School
When: Fri-Sat. June 2-3, 2017
Location: Archer High School, 2255 New Hope Road, Lawrenceville, Ga. 30045

Teams: 30 teams, 10 mats, 12 duals over 2 days for each team, Round Robin-Pools. Each team will provide one table worker (timer / flip score) for each dual. It can be one of your wrestlers.

Weigh-Ins: Weigh your kids in at your own school and bring a list with names, weights, grade and bring copies for the other coaches, and a copy for me to post for other teams to see (for pairings). Bring 12 copies of your roster.

Format: Wrestling will begin at 9am both days. 10 mats.
Coaches meeting 8:45am in hospitality area. 9 rounds each day. You will wrestle 6 out of 9 rounds each day.

Entry Fee: $250 per team. Mail check to: Archer HS c/o Keith Jannett 2255 New Hope Road Lawrenceville, Ga. 30045 (make check out to Archer Wrestling).

No team scores, bring as many kids as you want. Before each round, coaches pair kids up and wrestle as many matches as you want. Please bring a printed roster with your kids names, grade, and weights (bring copies for other coaches – 12 total), saves time in pairings – swap sheets / pair kids up.
Note state placers or good kids so you can pair your good kids up with other good kids.

Periods: will be 1-1-1
Gate: Coaches / Competing Wrestlers will get in free. Adults: $5 Students: $4

Note – You will get 12 different teams to compete against over the 2 days. We will put a 50 minute time limit on each round. If you finish before the time limit is up, you cannot go to the next round (we have to stay on track) but you can arrange more exhibition matches vs. the team you are wrestling against. At the 45 minute mark, we will announce “time limit – last match” then teams will move on to the next round.

I provide lunch for coaches each day, but we will not have breaks!
