BC NAMES NEW BBALL COACH

BC wasted no time in naming new baseball coach. According to my sources, Chuck Assey will take over as head baseball coach for the Bearcats. That was quick. Nice to know they had a back-up plan...ya think? Good luck!!

Wow That is insane. Assey's father was HC before Hucks and Charles was a player there. BC won a few states under Charles' father. Baseball family with proven success. I thought Charles was an assistant at CSU? Just posted a thread of a few players he recruited. Wow the Bo Bowers fiasco firing is sad but what a dynamite coach BC is getting.

Oh, I was being serious about "good luck"! He is a fine coach. I checked & he is already off the CSU coaches bball site...so there.

That's because he has coached at Woodland High School this past year.

Charles was a average player but they normally make the best coaches. I would say they finish 2nd in region next year to Gilbert. Maybe 3rd because I am not sure what Midland Valley has coming back.
