The Foxes beat the Falcons 8-0 to clinch the Region Title. Cayla Drotar was dominant in the circle and did her thing at the plate. Jacalyn ponder had a big 2 run triple, Jessica McWorter had an RBIi single. Taylor Watford was 3-3 with 3 runs scred on the night. But even more impressive the Foxes came up big in every possible way, Madeline Smith laid down a sac bunt to score a run, base runners were aggressive and the D fense was very slolid. This is a well coached team lead by Bobby Sowell and assistants ( Victor Gainey,Jamie Horton,Steve Parker ). This team has 7 players that was on the 2012 State chamionship team and that experience should pay dividends throughout the Foxes play off run.
