Not able to attend,how did the AJ/BS Game go?

About 4-0 BS.


Very scary incidence occurred against AJ when BS starting pitcher McKenna Quinn got smoked by a rocket to her left eye. Originally looked as though she would be in the hospital. Fortunately her quick reflexes just slightly tipped the high speed ball. Done for the night, and miraculously arrived the next day with nary a bruise.

A neutral trainer was immediately at the scene. Made Quinn lay down in the circle and performed what seemed to be a thorough examination. Determined she was not concussed, from what I saw.

Soph. Pitcher Shelby Griffin did some heavy lifting in this AJ game, and the following HP game.

Quinn returns to form Saturday, to tally her first high school home run in the champ game.
