Looking for wrestling programs in Columbia

Hi,

I wrestled D1 in college for 4 years. I just graduated and moved to Columbia for work. I know it's not wrestling season yet, but I am looking for a program close to downtown Columbia where I could help out, teach, roll with the big guys, etc. I wrestled 184 in college - about 195 now. I would guess most of the big guys are currently gearing up for football season, but I would still be happy to help teach technique if there are any freestyle or folkstyle clubs going. Wrestling has done a lot for me and I want to give back to the sport. Any information is much appreciated.
