Is it a NCAA rules violation for high school underclassmen (who have verbally committed) to a college, to work out on campus with the schools coaching staff?

That was my conclusion. I searched the NCAA website and found no detailed information on this. Found a lot of loop holes and grey areas but no specific regulations in this area. Must not be a big enough issue.
