Transfer Policy or Rules

What is the policy or rules for a player to transfer to another school in the summer? Specifically, if a SCISA school does not have enough players to field a team, and the player wants to transfer to a public school for football? Is there a wait time? Especially if the school where he transfers from will not have football.

What about private school to private school?

Anyone have experience or knowledge of this?

No sit out time from scisa to public if it's during the summer and assuming it is the students zoned school. No sit out time if it's from scisa to scisa if it's during the summer. No sit out time if it's from public to scisa as long as a contract is in place before he participates in summer workouts. Once fall practice starts and IF the student participates in it, then a wait out period would likely occur unless there is a verified move/change of address and then it's all gray.
