Union vs Clover

Union 10 Clover 8 . I have the score anyone have any additional details of the game?

Clover is a top shelf team who has chosen to schedule one of the toughest schedules, if not the toughest, schedules in the state.

Union County steps up to the plate on its home turf (I think) and delivers.

Both teams, in my opinion, will be there toward the end. So glad for Union. just don't count out the Blue Eagles.

I got an update on this one. Very sloppy rainy game, mud up to the laces. Union down 7-0 in the top of the 4th. Union made a pitching change at the top of the 4th and brought in 8th grader Bailey Betenbaugh to the mound who records the save, along with some powerful hitting by Union including a Homerun by Katelyn Petty, The 5th inning had Union batting around the lineup with hit after hit. Payton Martin's double pushed Union into the lead to stay in the 6th. Unions defense sputtered early in the game giving up some errors but came back making some good plays. Looks as though Union has a lot of depth for years to come this should be another great season for this team.
