Played in pre-season tourney at Waccamaw and spring break tourney at beach;went undefeated in both. Lost one game all season at AJ 2-0. Plenty of seniors who were starters on 2011 A state championship team; good pitching depth with a solid stopper.

I have coached and my sons have played with some of the Chesterfield boys. They are good and I think the world of them. But you kids need to stop posting on here before your parents get mad.

Same old scenario. Mouth writing checks that the players can't cover. Sounds like Chesterfield had a great year, but it takes more than a talented team to win a state championship. Palmetto players talked the big talk last year until they ran into a buzz saw in Gilbert. Take a lesson from Bishop England. Just show up and win it ever other year. No need for the hype.
