Are there any open wrestling tournaments or open mat workouts in SC this summer? Where do you go in SC to get some live workouts or matches?

There are practices every night of the week Monday through Friday at "The Cave"! Drop ins are welcome!!

Last chance to workout this summer at Battery Creek. We are practicing on 7-10 at 400 and have a scrimmage at 10 A.M.on 7-12. We also have a bus with plenty of room taking us to App. State on the 15th at 8 A.M. and bringing us home on the 18th. That costs 315 dollars while the practice and scrimmage are free.
