BC Outfielder drafted

Deandre Asbury-Heath, Brookland Cayce, was drafted in the 15th round by St. Louis Cardinals and just signed. I may not have been looking in the right place but didn't see his name listed for either N-S or Select. I know he just signed and probably hits the road right away but weren't these teams picked a little while ago? I also don't remember seeing much about this kid regarding college scouting either. Just scratching my head on this one.

Oops. I didn't notice the original post said he signed . Incidentally , got $150,000 according to BA . Not bad for the 15th round, especially under the new CBA .
