The West Ashley/Summerville game was one of the most boring, ugly plays I have seen in over 40 years of watching Greenwave football. The players played as if they were just 'going through the motions'. There were a number of good plays, but overall, little to cheer for. The officiating controlled most of the first half with their flags. The Greenwave should consider themselves quite lucky to get this ugly win. They just could not tackle WA's #21 the entire game. Also, why does Summerville have so much trouble defending their right side? Teams always run to that side because Summerville has been vulnerable in that area for years. I suppose they subscribe to the old adage, 'sometimes, it is better to be lucky than good'.
