Pair of state freshmen voted Big South All-Confence

Caught wind that 2 rookies made Big South 2nd team All-Conf. Bobby Ison (Stratford) and Chase Shelton (Brookland-Cayce). Both had insane #s for any age college player but being that they were freshman their #s were even more impressive to me. Also see where freshman Robbie Street (White Knoll) also put up some incredible #s for Charleston Southern. According to CSU web page it didn't appear he had quite the # at-bats etc that his teammates Ison and Shelton had. Must not have gotten into everyday line-up until later on or he too may have been A-C as well. I remember all 3 of these guys last year. All 3 incredibly gifted athletes. Wow how in the world did Charleston Southern get these guys??? Here is a link to the Big-South's award winners.

CSU has at least 2 solid players commmitted for next year. The Harlambis kid from Chapin as well as the Tomasovich kid from Ft Mill. (not sure if either name is spelled correctly)
