Region Finish going to be criteria for Lower/Upper State Individual????

Is the Region Individual Champs going to be top seeds at Lower/Upper State Individuals next year since divisions are different and all wrestlers will qualify next year? Or is the criteria going to change for Individual Lower/Upper State where region finish is not in the equation? Anyone know the answer to this???

well the main one I am concerned with is 5A.

Each Classification will come up with their own criteria for seeding upper and lower state. I dont know when this will happen. Or when we will know.

It would be easy to say if you win your region you claim a seed, like the old system. Or it could be like how the MS state is now... make a specific bracket with specific places and where you place at your region is where you fall onto the upper/lower state bracket. Its not a perfect system by any means, but it gets the job done.
