My son is in his 1st year of wrestling (MS level). I remember seeing a forum on here about shorts getting the go-ahead vote, or at least I thought they did. Anyone know what the final outcome was? It hasn't been mentioned by his coach. My son is fine with the singlet but I'm sure he'd use shorts as well if that's a viable option.

shorts with inseam of at least 4 inches and not extending below the knee have been approved
If you are ordering the new top and bottom uniform be sure that the top is correct. A few companies are just posting a compression top that is not regulation. The top are also 30 days out when ordering from several companies due to the high volume. I forget what the difference is, but I do know that an off the rack compression shirt like UM, Nike, or champion is not a regulation top.
